Maine Mobile Home Tenant Advocates
MMHTA is organized by and for tenant homeowners in mobile home parks across Maine. Our purpose is to help park residents to understand their legal rights, help tenants organize groups within their own parks, and participate in efforts to strengthen local and state laws protecting residents of mobile home parks.
May 2026- Our admin team is extremely small. We're busy working towards ordinances in our own towns right now so we're not able to be as active here as we want to be. We hope that will change soon.
